The Friends Of Dover Castle is a Registered Charity and is run by Trustees who form a Committee to make sure we adhere to Charity Commission rules and guidelines.

Our Trustees are all members and serve on a voluntary basis and are the reason we have been able to operate succesfully for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for new Committee Members to help us and in particular, those who will be able to help with

We are proposing opening up our fantastic Art Exhibition each day during the late August Bank Holiday and need volunteers to help attend that as it will be in Constables Tower and this will need to be carefully managed to ensure all artwork is kept safe whilst being satisfactorily exhibited and that the whole building is also kept safe.

You must be over the age of 18 to be a Trustee but other than that you do not need any particular skills, experience or knowledge.

If you are interested in Dover Castle and want to support the Friends do all we can to support and promote our great Castle. If you are interested in learning more about the history and heritage of England's premier Castle, if you want to volunteer at events and encourage new members to join, if you want to volunteer to attend and even lead on special tours and events, if you have some spare time and energy   - this could well be what you are looking for.
