English Heritage has teamed up with the Historical Writers Association this winter to offer our visitors a unique opportunity to 'meet the author' in a series of special events hosted at a range of our properties across the country. Whether you are interested in a particular subject, period of history or author there is an event for everyone, and for those of you who fancy yourselves as a budding historical writer we will be running a variety of practical workshops that are sure to inspire.
